An easy-to-maintain vacuum cleaner is key, if you want to extend the life of the machine or you don't want to be afraid to take out the vacuum cleaner every time. For pouch models, replace the pouch when this part is full.
For a bagless vacuum cleaner, you will need to empty the canister regularly. Smaller dust tube capacity means more frequent emptying. Check that the filter can be easily removed and washed.
